Warm Forming

The use of a wire heating system in a horizontal forging machine increases the range of forged parts produced, both in terms of geometry and materials previously unavailable for cold heading. To meet the expectations of industrial companies, SACMA has developed a special series of machines in which the heating been adapted to the cutting zone, achieving a heating range from 300°C to 900°C. High-frequency induction heating uses special coils that can be positioned outside or inside the machine body, between the wire feed rollers and the cutting. The machine body, cutting unit, coil and tools are cooled in a special circulation system. The temperature is continuously monitored using optical pyrometers, ensuring that parts are always produced with maximum accuracy at precisely defined temperatures.

INGRAMATIC

This is a company with a long tradition in the production of thread-cutting machines. It has been on the market since 1966 and has since produced and supplied more than 3,500 rolling mills that operate worldwide. It is a well-known brand associated with the highest quality. In 2006, a new factory was established in Castelnuovo Scrivia, which opened a new chapter in Ingramatica’s history in terms of logistics, organization and efficiency to meet the expectations of the modern industry.

Ingramatic has been part of the Sacma Group since 2004, creating a collaborative synergy in terms of technology, productivity and customer service. INGRAMATICA rolling machines complement SACMA’s production range and can be used in conjunction with forges for rolling high-strength screws, screws or special fasteners. We manufacture all mechanical components ourselves at our manufacturing facilities in Limbiate (SACMA) and VIMERCATE (OBM). Assembly, commissioning, testing, spare parts warehouse and technical department are located at the Ingramatica plant in Castelnuovo Scrivia.

ORT ITALIA

ORT is undoubtedly one of the leading roll forming machine manufacturers in the world. Founded in 1964 in the city of Trigolo, Italy, it achieved success very quickly, first in Italy, then in Europe and consistently in the world. They were the first in the world to develop a three-wheeled roller machine with hydraulic pressure, which significantly revolutionized the world of rolling.

Currently, ORT rolling mills are among the most modern, which allows almost maintenance-free operation and minimize machine downtime during re-equipment due to the use of various types of servo control. Today, the main sectors that ORT focuses on are fasteners, rolling of pipes, profiles, rods and splines.

HS ASPE

ASPE machines are characterized above all by a very flexible production range, easy operation and the highest achievable production speed.

Aspe offers a wide range of automatic thread cutting machines and machines for additional operations for manufacturers of bolts and special products by cold and hot processing, which not only increases the added value of the product produced, but also facilitates the forging process itself, which can be said to be a trend that is observed in markets around the world.

Rolling Tools

The company was founded in 1986 in the heart of the Brianza region (Milan area) and started manufacturing tools for rolling threads: flat jaws, rollers and roller sets + segments, as well as tools for rolling special profiles, gradually becoming one of the most recognizable companies in Europe.

Rolling Tools has been praised by its customers not only for its excellent value for money, but also for its individual approach to each customer, as everyone uses different machines with different service lives and different operator experience, so they need customized solutions.

Carbodies

Carbodies is the largest Italian manufacturer of cemented carbide and steel tools for cold, semi-hot and hot forging. Carbodies was founded in 1970 and started manufacturing cemented carbide dies for fastener manufacturers, becoming their main, if not exclusive, supplier, thanks to the high quality of its products and technical advice.

With many years of experience in designing and manufacturing tools for multi-operation forges, Carbodies offers its customers cycle design and tool manufacturing services, transferring all the know-how to the customer. All products are manufactured in our factory, where we have numerous processing machines, so that we can produce any number of tools for our customers. The product range includes tools for cold and hot forging: dies and elements made of cemented carbide, as well as steel tools.
